A freelance journalist and mother of three small boys, Sheila Ryan has a degree in psychology and English, and a short temper when deprived of sleep. After having her third child Sheila gave up salaried work and wearing clean clothes, but took up drinking coffee.
Sheila has written about property, conservation, travel, health and business. Her interests include scuba diving, swimming and running, but gives most of her time to running her little family.
